The Titan class of 2019 all-night graduation party is on Thursday, June 6, 2019! It is a fun, memorable, and safe way to have that last big celebration with all of the senior class. Each year, a volunteer parent committee organizes the drug-free, alcohol-free celebration for our graduating seniors.
- Activities: dancing with a live DJ on a rooftop terrace, a mechanical bull, cash cube, photo booth, Blackjack with dealers, giant bear pong (big buckets with a volleyball), airbrush tattoos, giant Jenga, 4 Xbox stations, 2 billiard tables, foosball, a movie room, shuffleboard, corn hole, and of course unlimited golfing!
Important! If a student is under 18 on June 7, 2019, parental consent is required for the mechanical bull activity offered at the graduation party. Please print and fill out the liability release form and bring it to the party.
- Food and drinks: Food and drinks will be available throughout the night. The menu includes chicken tenders with honey mustard, pulled pork sliders, house salad with dressings, fresh seasonal fruit, hummus and vegetables, assorted kettle chips, chocolate chip cookie bites. In the early morning hours a brisket breakfast taco bar will be served: slow-smoked chopped brisket, scrambled eggs, house skillet potatoes, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, tomatillo salsa, and flour tortillas. We have also ordered injectable donut holes with chocolate cream and raspberry jelly injectors, as well as a variety of drinks including unlimited fountain soda, coffee, hot tea, orange juice, and water.
- Transportation: bus transportation will be provided from and to West Salem High School.
- Supervision: parent chaperones will be at the venue throughout the party.
We do not want to say “no” to any student that wants to attend, so we offer financial assistance for students not able to pay. Students who want to request a scholarship should contact their counselor.
The grad party has a significant cost. The students pay for their portion of the admission, but you may be surprised to learn that the ticket sales cover only a fraction of the cost . The parent committee conducts fundraisers throughout the year to make the party accessible to all.
